Are your doctors licensed?

Every doctor on our team has years of experience and is fully licensed and registered with the Irish Medical Council (IMC).

What can your doctors treat?

Our doctors have years of experience covering the full range of medical issues. We can provide complete GP care and treat every aspect of health that your local GP would. Although our doctors are highly trained, in case of emergency or immediate life-threatening illness such as cardiac arrest, vomiting, or broken bones, we strongly recommend contacting the emergency services.

How quickly can I be treated?

We aim to offer appointments within 3 hours, depending on location. When you make your appointment, our friendly support staff will provide an estimated arrival time for your doctor. In case of emergency treatment, we strongly recommend you contact the emergency services or visit your nearest hospital.

Will I receive notes of my doctor’s visit?

Upon request, we will email you the consultation notes.

What do I do if I need to cancel my appointment?

If you need to cancel an appointment after booking, please call us as soon as possible. We’ll cancel your appointment and process your refund the next working day.

This service is available for GMS patients?

Unfortunately, our service is not covered by the HSE Medical Card, GP Visit Card, or Home Care Grant.
